In case of dissatisfaction with our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

User Refunds:-

 

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances;

 

• Experts or consultants denied providing service or time

• Variation in time of consultant and customer and meeting or discussion could not happen

• Failure to contact by phone or email at the time of confirming an order or you went offline and the meeting couldn't happen

• Due to the unavailability of an expert/consultant

• Due to rejection by an expert or consultant

 

User Cancellations:-

 

You and we are entitled to cancel your order in the following circumstances;​

 

• You can cancel your order if it is not confirmed by an expert or consultant 

• In case of unavailability of an expert or consultant 

• Mistakenly paid or subscribed but the meeting did not happen yet

• We do not support cancellation if the meeting already happened and an expert or consultant had already given their time to you.​

 We do not support refunds and cancellations if the expert or consultant had already done a meeting with you but you did not find it as you expected, it varies from expert to expert and we do not hold any control over the quality of the meeting and discussion as you expect.

NowoChat reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, like the unavailability of an expert or consultant, or any reason that may encounter as per the situation.

Experts have the right to define their own cancellation and refund policy:-

We may provide experts to draft or define their own cancellation and refund policy so, you can review from their profile whether the expert has support for refund or cancellation or not.

Unethical Purchase:-

​

• In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and NowoChat will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.

 

• Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also canceling the same; Under this circumstance, NowoChat reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be the entire order amount )from the user if similar charges are also borne by NowoChat.

 

• At any point of time, if NowoChat finds that the promotion code has been misused by a customer by falsifying the Email Id or Mobile Number; NowoChat will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.
