NowoChat was established in 2020 under an organization name CDK Communication Private Limited in order to eliminate the worries of customers whenever they are in doubt to solve certain problems or encounter any problem as soon as they grow in their careers/life/situation and struggle to find a specific solution to their problems like, cancer patients are going with mental issues so, they can share their problems with experts and a group of people are going through similar issues, and get the solution for a particular issues they are facing.

The company was incorporated by Mr. Chirag Solanki who is currently a Founder and CEO of NowoChat (CDK Communication Private Limited) and also a Co-Founder & Director of Exhivision Media Private Limited and a company running successfully under his vision and found a way to profitability, holding MBA degree and having more than 14 years of experience in Exhibition and Consultancy Industry.

We are not alone in this journey we got really good support from the Government of India and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII, Cradle, Gandhinagar) and currently we are funded and backed by IFCI Venture Limited.
