Experts Terms And Policy

As an expert or consultant or mentor, you are required to follow our terms and policy in order to use our platform and serve on our platform.

Expert Registration:

​

> Requirer to submit Name, email id, phone number, occupation details, experience and interest, and relevant certificates for faster approval.

> Provide a brief description.

> Bank details for settlement

> ID proof for verification purposes

Settlement:

​

All the expert payment settlements will be processed on a weekly basis each Sunday with a deduction of platform charges as discussed at the time of registration.

​

Current charges: 20% Platform fees on each transaction including taxes

​

The settlement only proceeded once the meeting is successfully finished, and from the finished date to the upcoming Sunday settlement will be done in your provided bank account.

 Terms:

​

> You will spend sufficient time as per your availability with users

> You are liable to inform the user in case of any delay or rescheduling on the platform

> Guide them with your expertise with relevant queries. 

> You will not harass, exploit, bad mouth, abuse or use foul or offensive language with any user

> Won't share any explicit content like porn, or inappropriate media with users, or demand any 

> We may terminate your account if you are found to be guilty of any cause which might have caused mental or physical problems or trouble to users.

> If we found that users reported or complain that your account is pirated or fake we may terminate your account without any prior notice and any pending settlement may be put on hold or forfeited or be liable to pay user and NowoChat in case of any loss borne by them.

 

We will remain solely discrete from terminating your account or as well as to withhold payment or settlement in case of investigations or complaints from customers.
